Shipping policy
The LURI Store offers hand-crafted products, fabricated by us in house. As we fabricate all our products there may be a turnaround time of up to 15 days before we ship your order or before it is ready for collection.
We strive to get orders out as soon as possible, and all our customers are very important to us.
We depend on 3rd party suppliers to deliver certain materials and goods so that we are able to fabricate the products. From time to time there could be a delay from a 3rd party supplier which could cause delays in our fabrication process. In such cases the affected customers will be notified.
